Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic sourcing projects for indirect categories, ensuring value creation for the business.
•Execute end-to-end sourcing strategy, including RFXs/e-Auctions to guarantee competitiveness, transparency, and alignment with business needs.
•Build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, aligning priorities and requirements across the business.
•Analyze and understand cost drivers across purchase categories to inform informed decisions and optimize spend.
•Manage supplier relationships and performance, including tracking deliverables and KPIs, and automate purchasing processes to increase efficiency.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Administration, Public Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field; minimum 5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in tech industry or categories such as Structured Cabling, Links and Connectivity.
•Knowledge of purchasing systems/tools (Ariba, Oracle or similar).
•Strong ability to develop strategic purchase documents and business cases, with proven sourcing strategy execution.
•Advanced ability to analyze costs across purchase categories and optimize spend.
•Proven supplier relationship management and performance tracking, with experience in process automation of purchasing documents.
