Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform service operations and service transition support for IT infrastructure including desktops, thin clients, servers, telephones, and cabling.
  • •Install, upgrade, repair, and support customer baseline equipment; perform daily system checks and datacenter walkthroughs.
  • •Troubleshoot, diagnose, isolate, and resolve system service failures to meet program resolution timelines.
  • •Support incident and change management resolution activities, including IMACD, Trusted Agent support, asset/configuration management, and documentation updates.
  • •Provide customer-facing support by explaining technical terms, communicating incident status, and performing re-imaging/reloading to approved baselines.
