Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the HCC Team Leader to deliver safe and efficient airport operations across flight operations functions.
  • •Influence IOC/Dispatch decisions for IROP flights and provide operational updates during nightly IOC briefings.
  • •Coordinate European station stand plans, crew transportation, aircraft arrival sequencing, and ground-to-cockpit/ATC communications (including escalation/resolution).
  • •Log and track all ground events in GET and coordinate servicing activities with business partners.
  • •Prepare flight briefing packs for cockpit crews and manage fueling dashboards, de-ice sequencing, and escalation of late servicing.
