Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, organize, lead, and control the assigned project area and staff within delegated authorities to achieve outcomes.
  • •Establish and control project governance and business rhythm throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Develop robust project schedules, estimates, and resource plans; produce regular status reports and reviews (including ETC).
  • •Manage and track cost, schedule, and technical performance against the approved baseline, including WBS control, risk register, and scope change control.
  • •Lead and motivate a cross-disciplinary integrated team, manage customer/stakeholder relationships, and support PMO initiatives and Execution Excellence, including lessons learned culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering or Business) or proven equivalent experience.
  • •Certified Practicing Project Manager or equivalent (IPMA and/or PMP certification).
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex projects in a matrix organization.
  • •Experience with Naval ISS, including previous experience with Work Period Management.
  • •Strong commercial/contractual acumen and excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-influencing abilities.
