Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a subject matter and business intelligence expert for customer analytical technologies, driving adoption of self-service analytics.
  • •Develop analytics solutions including data models, datasets, reports, dashboards, and integrated analytics while adhering to data governance and BI standards.
  • •Consult with the Data Product Owner on Data Lake design to maximize data quality, accessibility, and reusability.
  • •Establish and monitor adherence to policies and standards for BI products, and partner with IT on performance and upgrade roadmaps.
  • •Develop interactive dashboards and lead personal and team deliverables, timelines, and milestones; mentor and coach team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •5+ years in data engineering, business intelligence (visualization/dashboard/reporting), or data science.
  • •5+ years with data acquisition tools and methods, including Tableau Prep, SQL, Python, and PowerBI.
  • •5+ years in data visualization/analysis software such as Tableau, Excel, Cognos Analytics, and PowerBI.
  • •5+ years coding for shaping and extracting data (Python, R, SQL, Prep Tools), plus 2+ years leading analytics developers or projects.
