Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Support a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs’ core values.
  • •Assist all store departments, including POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • •Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise between backroom and sales floor and place/arrange items on shelves and racks.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and remain on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
