Key Responsibilities

  • •Run key initiatives across Business Cards and Payments to help integrate the Brex acquisition and bring Brex B2B software into Capital One’s ecosystem.
  • •Build a TPM practice for the Business Cards and Payments domain across Personal Liability and Corporate Liability Cards.
  • •Mentor and develop TPM leaders and foster a high-performance culture focused on delivery accountability and technical excellence.
  • •Provide technology-focused guidance to senior leadership, identifying and mitigating technical risks across the delivery lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate deeply across product, engineering, design, and data science partners to simplify complexity and deliver results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 294,100 - 335,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree.
  • •At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs.
  • •Experience building and leading a world-class team of technical program managers.
  • •Experience delivering large and complex programs end-to-end, owning the technical or business vision and securing commitments with cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing, preferably AWS, with Agile delivery.
