Job Summary

Own day-to-day platform stability by troubleshooting system/process issues, resolving failures, and delivering application support with proactive monitoring and maintenance. Gather business requirements, evaluate existing processes, and design technology solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Partner with stakeholders to support project delivery and adoption, lead QA/validation with test automation and regression testing, and help manage deployments through post-go-live.

•Analyze business needs and deliver technology solutions by evaluating processes, identifying improvements, and designing scalable platform enhancements.
•Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and support project delivery and adoption.
•Develop test strategies and test cases, oversee automation and regression testing, and validate solutions.
•Support application deployments and post-go-live activities while improving compliance and maintaining accurate documentation.

Salary: USD 70,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent.
•Experience (internships, academic projects, or early-career roles) in systems engineering or a related field; or minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in solution design/architecture, DevOps practices, or IT platform performance optimization.
•Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system and process solutions with strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
•Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise applications, databases, reporting platforms, and business systems.
•Hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Excel, and API integration tools (data lakes/ETL and cloud/system integrations desired).
