•Ensure compliance with heritage preservation guidelines, regulations, and international best practices.
•Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
•Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including government authorities, cultural agencies, and internal teams.

•Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
•A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management involving large-scale construction or development projects.

•PMP certification is desirable; excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience delivering construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
