Own integrated planning and execution across technical, data, and security workstreams within a compressed 3.5-month timeline. Serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders, manage dependencies, risks, schedules, milestones, and deliverables, and develop deployment/implementation plans for follow-on IOC execution.

•Lead integrated planning and execution across technical, data, and security workstreams for IOC enablement.
•Manage schedule, milestones, risks, and deliverables across the IOC enablement effort.
•Coordinate Government engagements and ensure compliance with tasking authority.
•Develop deployment and implementation plans for follow-on IOC execution.
•Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, owning cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 226,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High school with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
•10+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
•Experience managing cloud, cybersecurity, data, or AI-adjacent programs.
•Strong understanding of phased IOC and capability delivery models.
•PMP and DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (e.g., Sec+CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security).
