Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets.
  • •Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the inspection center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and determine improvement steps.
  • •Engage the team through coaching, feedback, and performance management; prevent and resolve conflicts.
  • •Review and approve incoming inventory defects and train associates to complete repairs effectively and efficiently the first time, minimizing re-checks and delays in production.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years).
