Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform visual, odor, and taste tests and prepare materials/products for sensory evaluation.
  • •Learn and apply sensory, physical, chemical, and instrumental evaluation methods.
  • •Retrieve standards, generate worksheets, and submit evaluation results to relevant teams.
  • •Run instrumentation testing as needed (e.g., GC, HPLC, wet chemistry, IR, colorimeter, SG/RI/OR, particle size).
  • •Maintain clean and safe lab equipment/environment and support manufacturing activities including inventory extensions and benchtop compounding with recipes, BOMs, and batch adjustments.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree plus 1 years’ experience in a GMP laboratory environment.
  • •Be able to taste all products with no dietary restrictions.
  • •Be able to operate lab testing equipment and interpret results.
  • •Be able to be exposed to and smell flavor/fragrance products, essential oils, and raw materials.
  • •Be able to stand and work at a lab bench for long periods.
