Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic (The Trade Desk) platforms.
•Assist in creating and documenting paid media testing strategies and hypotheses.
•Collaborate on weekly client check-ins and contribute to performance reviews and reporting.
•Conduct campaign audits and compile insights to inform strategy adjustments.
•Analyze paid performance data and experiment outcomes; help prepare client-facing presentation materials, dashboards, and quarterly business reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across agency and client-side environments.
•Proficiency in at least two of: Google Ads, Meta Ads, and The Trade Desk (programmatic).
•Experience managing budgets, including at least one client/account with $50k+/month in ad spend.
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in campaign management and reporting.
•Demonstrated, active use of AI tools in your workflow (reporting, analysis, creative, research), including building/managing brand-specific AI agents.
