Communications Manager (Multiple Positions)

Develop and execute communications strategies that educate audiences and build trust across content, advertisements, and commerce policies. Create and maintain messaging and promotional campaigns tied to product features, safety policies, and age-appropriate experiences. Conduct market research to anticipate reputational risks and partner with Trust & Safety and other teams to shape safety programs and guidance. Lead media readiness, respond to inquiries, and mentor junior team members.
