Key Responsibilities

  • •Product Investigation & Spec: become a deep expert on every system we integrate with and write engineer-ready specs for new features and bugs; own full lifecycle from discovery to QA and rollout.
  • •QA & Rollout: design and execute thorough test plans before features ship; document rollout steps and monitor post-launch.
  • •Customer & Internal Feedback Loops: synthesize feedback from customer calls and onboarding to translate pain points into actionable specs; collaborate with onboarding to prioritize fixes.
  • •Process & Documentation: build internal docs for integration behaviors and edge cases; maintain testing frameworks as product grows.
  • •Collaborate with engineers to ensure features meet customer needs and integration requirements throughout the development cycle.
