Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform and lead routine right-first-time cGMP manufacturing for cell and gene therapy products, including aseptic processing through final visual inspection.
  • •Support manufacturing/operations start-up tasks such as authoring SOPs, batch records, reports, risk assessments, and material ordering/management.
  • •Train team members on equipment set-up and use, process and material flows, and develop training materials and curricula for continuous improvement.
  • •Maintain clean rooms in an organized and ready state and provide input on equipment, process, and material flow selection and set-up.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Process Sciences, Development, Facilities & Engineering, Tech Ops, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance to resolve deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls, and manage batch records and reports.

Salary: USD 38 - 62 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related engineering.
  • •2+ years of experience in cGMP biotech manufacturing, preferably cell and gene therapies.
  • •2+ years of project leadership is preferred.
  • •Experience with cGMP manufacturing and/or process development for therapies including CAR T, TCR, NK, cellular therapies, AAV, LV, or RV.
  • •Advanced understanding of primary cell culture and hands-on experience with systems and platforms such as CliniMACS (Plus/Prodigy), LOVO, bioreactors (single-use/fixed-bed), chromatography skids, TFF (hollow-fiber/flat-sheet), and WAVE bioreactors like Xuri and G-Rex.
