Analyst/Sr Analyst, Airport Workforce Planning

Support domestic and international airport operations by building and implementing frontline workforce bids, staffing models, and annual operating budgets. Monitor spending trends, forecast operating expenditures, and provide financial analysis and justification for capital proposals. Partner with airport leadership to improve processes using time-and-motion studies, qualitative and quantitative data, and variance analysis to deliver sustainable improvements to passenger and baggage throughput.
