Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead resolution of disputes with internal partners, ensuring effective communication and closure.
  • •Analyze and research customer receivables delinquency to determine appropriate communication methods.
  • •Resolve disputes related to delinquent customer payments and negotiate to ensure payment.
  • •Recognize trends for non-payment and engage internal partners to resolve root issues.
  • •Review and improve collections and dispute processes, including training new and existing team members.

Key Requirements

  • •First-level university degree with a focus in Finance or Economics; MBA preferred.
