QMS & Compliance Engineer

Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the site’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with standards such as AS9100 and EASA Part 21G. Help maintain controlled QMS documents, coordinate document control activities, and manage corrective actions. Assist with internal, customer, certification, and regulatory audits, participate in process assessments and Layered Process Audits, and deliver QMS awareness and process training to employees.
