Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and greet customers, discuss their parts requirements, guide them on the best options, and support well-informed purchasing decisions.
  • •Create additional sales opportunities by promoting related parts and accessories to customers.
  • •Identify the correct parts by assessing the type of vehicle and its use from parts catalogues.
  • •Prepare quotations for required parts, including checking stock at other branches/incoming shipments or initiating procurement requests when unavailable.
  • •Issue parts for confirmed sales orders and handle invoicing upon payment; if parts are unavailable, register lost sales and escalate requests to the purchase department for local purchase or VOR order, ensuring timely delivery with correct documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a graduate, preferably in science
  • •1-3 years of experience in automotive trade
  • •Ability to identify correct parts from parts catalogues based on vehicle type and usage
  • •Experience preparing quotations and handling parts availability scenarios (other branches, incoming shipments, procurement requests)
  • •Customer-focused approach to assist with cost-benefit purchasing decisions and convert pending quotations into sales
