Key Requirements

  • •2+ years’ experience as a people leader in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, fulfilment, logistics, or FMCG environment.
  • •Proven experience in inventory management or operational leadership.
  • •Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with intermediate Excel skills.
  • •Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, procedures, and best practices.
