Engineering Project Leader - Compressors

Lead cross-functional engineering efforts to develop new compressor products across the full design cycle, from requirements through laboratory testing and analysis. Own project planning and execution using Trane’s stage gate process to deliver optimal performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost while maintaining schedule. Coordinate prototypes, collaborate with system and manufacturing teams for integration, communicate with stakeholders, and mentor early-career engineers.
