Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to delivery of on-cycle pay-review activities including reporting, database preparation/validation, exceptions tracking, pay equity reviews, audits, late changes, and data validation prior to communications.
  • •Support case management for business as usual and pay-review periods, managing complex queries and validating buyout evaluations prepared by Group analysts.
  • •Contribute to country and/or region-specific business as usual tasks such as standard/ad hoc reporting, service management deck preparation, newsletters, market data activities, baseline checks, and benchmarking submissions for vendors.
  • •Support implementation of standard and ad hoc Performance and Reward projects and initiatives.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to prepare, analyse, and present reporting that drives business insights while maintaining high data integrity through collaboration with HR teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in a Human Resources function with understanding of Reward and Compensation processes.
  • •Very high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • •Experience in data analysis; experience with analytical tools and methods is an added advantage.
  • •Ability to translate business needs into clear, data-driven insights and present meaningful reporting.
  • •Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with clarity of thought and expression.
