Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned to country, business line, and sector goals.
  • •Oversee negotiation and implementation of prime/subcontracts, NDAs, MOUs, teaming agreements, and JV arrangements with legal teams.
  • •Manage commercial risk and opportunity for change (additional scope, variation orders), embedding robust risk management across bid and delivery.
  • •Resolve contractual disputes and claims and lead internal governance interfaces across corporate functions (legal, tax, treasury, risk, etc.).
  • •Support financial project budgeting and reporting, monitor KPIs and cash flow, and mentor/coach the commercial team while building client relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline.
  • •Significant experience in contract, commercial, pricing, and bid/tender management within engineering/infrastructure/professional services (including bid support, negotiations, and commercial governance).
  • •Experience supporting bid development, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial governance in a multi-country environment.
  • •Fluent English and Spanish or Italian is essential (additional European languages like French, German, or Swedish are advantageous).
  • •Proven leadership capability with commercial and operational responsibilities, plus strong negotiation and dispute resolution experience.
