Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the roadmap for in-app and role-based AI integration across core Cisco supply chain systems, including best practices for agent security, semantic modeling, multi-agent protocols, and continuous learning.
  • •Oversee design, development, and deployment of scalable agentic frameworks (including Langgraph, Langchain, and LLMs) to deliver enterprise ask/respond capabilities using a diverse technology ecosystem.
  • •Lead end-to-end transformation of legacy supply chain systems into modern, AI-powered platforms, managing migration strategy with minimal business disruption.
  • •Architect and implement NLI and RAG systems that enable stakeholders to obtain actionable insights from enterprise LLMs.
  • •Partner across business, product, security, and infrastructure leaders; build and develop high-performing engineering teams and senior technical talent.

Key Requirements

  • •Broad experience building and operating enterprise supply chain systems across multiple areas (e.g., planning, inventory, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics) and integrating with contract manufacturers.
  • •Expertise with one or more ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) at scale, including end-to-end implementation for varied business models.
  • •Experience implementing multi-cloud environments using AWS/Azure/GCP, and integrating systems supporting sales crediting/commissions, order management/finance (AR, General Ledger), services/RMAs, export/legal, and security/identity management.
  • •Proven senior leadership and team-building experience with a global workforce.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and present at executive level; strong business sense and business analytics/financial foundation.
