Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and lead end-to-end margin management across the GTM process, establishing and monitoring margin targets and governance.
  • •Develop global pricing frameworks and seasonal pricing architecture; create pricing models, reporting, and analytics to improve IMU visibility.
  • •Lead seasonal costing processes, establish cost targets with partners, and analyze cost and margin variances with corrective actions.
  • •Build and maintain profitability models by style, category, and platform, reconciling product-level profitability to gross margin and IMU objectives.
  • •Partner as primary finance decision-support across GTM milestones—delivering scorecards, KPI frameworks, ad hoc analyses, and recommendations for margin expansion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Merchandising, or another quantitative discipline; MBA preferred.
  • •5+ years of experience in FP&A, pricing, costing, product profitability, merchandising finance, planning, or related disciplines.
  • •2+ years of experience in the fashion industry.
  • •Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, including developing pricing strategies and managing IMU performance.
  • •Proven ability to influence cross-functional decisions using data-driven insights; Excel required.
