Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare agendas for leadership meetings, strategic reviews, and management workshops; consolidate inputs from functions, assets, and project teams.
  • •Maintain governance tools including meeting minutes, decision logs, action trackers, and decision registers with clear owners and deadlines.
  • •Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports and build executive dashboards covering performance, risks, priorities, and management actions.
  • •Synthesize complex technical, operational, commercial, financial, legal, and governance topics into concise executive materials, briefing notes, decision papers, and presentation decks.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional portfolio topics by organizing working sessions, tracking commitments, monitoring progress until completion, and ensuring consistent implementation of decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 8 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, infrastructure advisory, transaction advisory, project finance, strategic PMO, or similar roles.
  • •Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations with prior exposure to senior management and executive decision-making environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, with preferred disciplines in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • •Exceptional executive presentation skills (PowerPoint) and strong business writing and communication capabilities.
  • •Advanced analytical/problem-solving and strong Excel/financial analysis capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence without direct authority.
