Flight Test Engineer

Plan, execute, and analyze flight tests for a next-generation delivery aircraft, turning engineering questions into safe, well-instrumented test plans. Serve as the bridge between engineering and flight operations by owning test objectives, instrumentation, test safety, and data quality. Use flight-test data and Python/SQL analysis tooling to evaluate vehicle dynamics, control performance, and subsystem reliability, and leverage SIL/HIL environments to reduce risk for software and sensor integration updates.
