Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the store/facility by fostering a customer-focused culture and executing the Trane Technologies RMX program.
  • •Develop and coach the store team to achieve performance goals and business results across warehouse and retail.
  • •Develop and execute annual operating plans, including preparing/analyzing forecasts and reports and conducting audits for compliance.
  • •Manage store operations to ensure follow-through on standard work, productivity, quality, and showroom appearance.
  • •Oversee inventory programs to support customer availability and reduce obsolete slow-moving inventory; forecast requirements and provide input to SIOP planning.
