Key Responsibilities

  • •Work within customer systems to build production applications with Claude models that meet customer requirements.
  • •Deliver technical artifacts for production workflows, including MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills.
  • •Provide white glove deployment support for Anthropic products in enterprise environments.
  • •Identify and codify repeatable deployment patterns and feed insights back to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineer) or software engineering with consulting experience.
  • •Production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale.
  • •Strong programming skills, with proficiency in Python and experience shipping production applications (ideally also TypeScript or Java).
  • •High agency to navigate ambiguity in complex organizations.
  • •Strong communication skills to conduct customer discovery and convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
