Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, scenario planning, and target-setting with accurate, well-documented assumptions.
  • •Build financial models, variance analyses, trend reporting, and performance dashboards to explain business drivers and support decisions.
  • •Administer and enhance FP&A planning models and reporting structures in Prophix (or similar CPM/FP&A platform), including user/security administration and troubleshooting.
  • •Extract, transform, reconcile, and validate financial and operational data from D365 F&O, Salesforce CRM, and data warehouse sources into the FP&A environment.
  • •Create executive-ready PowerPoint decks and reporting packages, using approved AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency while validating outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, finance systems, or business intelligence.
  • •Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling skills.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and model design for large workbooks.
  • •Expert Microsoft PowerPoint skills and practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) responsibly for FP&A productivity and analysis.
