Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end payroll process for Spain-based employees accurately and on time.
  • •Ensure payroll compliance with Spanish legislation, tax, social security requirements, and internal policies.
  • •Process payroll inputs including new hires/terminations, salary changes, bonuses/incentives, absences/leave, and overtime/variable payments.
  • •Validate payroll data and outputs, coordinate with HR/Finance/third parties, and support statutory reporting and filings.
  • •Handle payroll queries in Spanish and English, maintain confidential records, monitor legislative changes, and assist with reconciliations, audits, and month-end activities.
