Key Responsibilities

  • •Write easy-to-understand communications to help communities and stakeholders understand projects and impacts.
  • •Enable questions and feedback through publishing communications, organizing events, and running surveys.
  • •Interpret engagement feedback by analyzing data and presenting themes and key issues in reporting.
  • •Support clients across the UK and internationally with communication and engagement advice and activities such as virtual consultation rooms, posters, banners, and public-facing maps.
  • •Manage projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and resources deliver for clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bring either a degree or comparable professional experience in a relevant field.
  • •Have experience in one or more sectors such as roads, rail, utilities, water, environment, or energy.
  • •Contribute to or lead engagement activities on multidisciplinary projects, including stakeholder engagement approaches and consultations.
  • •Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and contribute to reports meeting legislative or regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience mentoring, supporting, or line-managing colleagues is valued.
