Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day site supervision, including logistics/operations, work schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
  • •Plan, implement, and enforce construction site logistics; manage daily deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage, and staging.
  • •Implement and enforce SpaceX safety policies and drive safety culture with contractors and internal partners.
  • •Coordinate daily field activities with contractors and internal partners; resolve conflicts and triage issues to engineering/project management.
  • •Manage delegated procurement and execution, including gathering proposals, assigning contracts, cost estimation, and tracking status.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture, or facilities management.

  • •Ability to read, review, and approve shop and fabrication drawings.
