Deliver an elevated Coach shopping experience as a front-line brand ambassador. Build client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while meeting personal and team KPIs in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
