Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance of facility, equipment, and grounds in a safe, timely, and cost-efficient manner.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment by reading schematics/prints and using basic electronic troubleshooting and vacuum leak detection skills.
  • •Mentor and support junior technicians, including assisting in training/certification and evaluating them for promotions.
  • •Ensure all work is accurately recorded in CMMS with complete documentation of spares, labor, and downtime; check and approve work orders upon completion.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate with either 2-year technical school (Electrical/Maintenance) or 2-year associate degree in a technical discipline, or 8+ years maintenance experience, or 5 years’ experience with a mechanical or electrical degree.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • •Ability to read prints/schematics and perform basic electronic troubleshooting for electro/mechanical, vacuum systems, and laser operations.
  • •Working knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic understanding of SPC and process control techniques.
  • •Proven electro/mechanical skills, communications skills, and ability to follow OSHA, EPA, and company safe practices.
