The North Face: Floor Supervisor - Park Royal Shopping Centre

Direct and lead a team of brand associates to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on merchandising, store operations, community connection, and in-store standards. Coach and develop staff, supervise floor coverage including opening/closing, and support financial and operational objectives such as expense control, loss prevention, and store audits. Participate in cross-functional development through quarterly DOR rotations and leadership training.
