Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients; keep accurate records of collection actions.
  • •Communicate with clients, Sales, and internal teams by email and phone; assist with payment issues and disputes.
  • •Prepare aging reports and analyze overdue accounts; reconcile old accounts and identify discrepancies.
  • •Support escalation when needed and contribute to process improvements and AI-related projects.
  • •Assist with cash management tasks such as cash reporting, bank reconciliations, cash allocation, and treasury projects.
