Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and break down conference spaces to meet customer event needs.
  • •Coordinate and support executive floor events including leadership meetings, board meetings, town halls, client presentations, VIP visits, and special events.
  • •Perform pre-event technology testing and room inspections to ensure AV equipment, conferencing platforms, and presentation systems are fully operational.
  • •Serve as primary on-site support during executive events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance, clean AV equipment, troubleshoot setup, and document issues with post-event reports and improvement recommendations.
