Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate driving practices and behaviors to the highest operational standard for every trainee entering the program
  • •Deliver structured behind-the-wheel instruction and supervise/coaching trainees across all stages of the program
  • •Assess trainee competency, decide readiness to progress, apply remediation, and recommend removal when safety standards aren’t met
  • •Provide direct, constructive feedback tailored to individuals while maintaining safety standards
  • •Maintain accurate training logs, assessment records, and incident documentation; proactively flag safety concerns and participate in safety reviews and program evaluations

Key Requirements

  • •Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence held for at least 5 years with a clean record and no demerit points in the past 3 years
  • •Demonstrated experience as a driving instructor, trainer, or in a comparable instructional/coaching role with formal assessment responsibilities
  • •Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • •Must be a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work pass
  • •Must pass background check, drug screen, driving record review, and Moove’s internal driving assessment
