Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute the engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV.
  • •Create and maintain a project schedule to ensure timely delivery.
  • •Conduct weekly or bi-weekly project meetings to outline upcoming deliverables and assign tasks.
  • •Coordinate with clients on project status and support project meetings as necessary.
  • •Facilitate adherence to QA/QC procedures and support staff development and safety policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • •5-7 years’ experience in the transmission field of designing/managing projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • •Professional Engineering (PE) licensure
  • •Understanding of the NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95
  • •Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation
