Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Serve as the key day-to-day client interface for cost management across a major data center portfolio in Northern Virginia. Based out of the Tysons, VA office, you’ll lead cost planning, change order estimating and negotiation, valuations, reporting, contingency management, and contractor data reconciliation. Collaborate with design teams and general contractors, lead value engineering sessions, maintain cost benchmarks, and mentor junior team members.
