Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop project scope/definition documents with multiple user groups, internal departments, and airport/business partners.
  • •Create project plans, estimates, budgets, and schedules, including bid/proposal and internal funding documents.
  • •Evaluate and select outside consultants, contractors, and vendors.
  • •Develop contract agreements with internal procurement partners and manage projects from Notice-to-Proceed through closeout.
  • •Provide written and verbal project status updates and assist CRE Properties Representatives with airport capital improvement evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (or equivalent experience/training).

  • •Ability to communicate effectively and work with diversified user groups and external stakeholders.
