Key Responsibilities

•Lead consulting initiatives for key clients in the German market and act as the main contact point.
•Manage multiple projects to ensure best-in-class delivery, meeting objectives and timelines.
•Drive engagement closure by proactively identifying and pursuing client opportunities.
•Provide knowledge sharing, coaching, and training across Visa functional teams as a subject matter expert.
•Support clients in designing digital value propositions and processes for payments and daily banking, including improving activation, card usage, and CLV.

Key Requirements

•Comprehensive experience in the Germanic retail banking and/or payments (card) industry.
•Relevant strategy or management consulting experience with proven project delivery using consulting and agile methodologies.
•Solid academic record (e.g., master’s degree in economics, Finance or similar).
•Excellent client relationship management skills, including senior executive level, preferably in financial services.
•Fluency in English and German (must-have for client work).
