Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare wafers for experimentation, including cleaning and reactor preparation
  • •Operate reactors to perform thin film processes under supervision and evaluate system performance
  • •Prepare cross-section samples and run SEM analysis for imaging and measurements (e.g., cross-section/top-view, CD, EDS)
  • •Record process conditions and experimental observations; understand SEM principles and image quality requirements
  • •Perform routine maintenance procedures (including flash/plasma clean), troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with requestors, vendors, and purchasing

Key Requirements

  • •Technical diploma, military technical training, or trade certification
  • •1-2 years of related experience
  • •Ability to use laboratory process equipment and instrumentation
  • •Physical ability to work extensive standing/walking, lift up to 35 lbs, and perform work in tight spaces/clean room environments
  • •Ability to distinguish colors and work with electricity, including use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
