•Achieve sales targets and execute efficiently to reach pipeline goals.
•Drive new large indie media agency partnerships by navigating agency organizations.
•Build and maintain relationships with large indie agencies and platform partners to enhance brand influence.
•Identify new cooperation opportunities and keep abreast of industry trends to align with AI and user acquisition strategies.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of business development experience in indie agency or digital advertising.
•Excellent English for collaboration and communication with key stakeholders in English-speaking markets.
•Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Strong self-motivation and result-oriented focus on measurable outcomes.
•Sound analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity; familiarity with revenue targets is preferred.
