Key Responsibilities

  • •Organiser le fonctionnement quotidien de l’atelier et manager les équipes terrain
  • •Planifier le travail des mécaniciens et répartir les tâches efficacement
  • •Superviser et réaliser les interventions techniques en mécanique, électricité automobile et climatisation
  • •Assurer la traçabilité des réparations et la gestion des stocks
  • •Réduire les temps d’immobilisation des véhicules et veiller au respect des délais et à la qualité des interventions

Key Requirements

  • •Bac Pro (BT) in Maintenance des Véhicules with a minimum of 7 years of experience and 2 years in a similar role OR BTS in Maintenance des Véhicules with a minimum of 5 years and 2 years in a similar role
  • •Very good mastery: Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Automotive air conditioning, Pneumatics
  • •Ability to manage high volumes and tight deadlines
  • •Hands-on leadership with strong presence and natural authority
  • •Experience with Suzuki and electric vehicles is appreciated
