Key Responsibilities

  • •Upload and organize hundreds of video creatives across platforms as production volume grows.
  • •Maintain and own a consistent folder structure for creative asset libraries.
  • •Coordinate with creative agencies on delivery status, formats, and turnaround times.
  • •Support AI automation by helping build and maintain upload workflows that reduce manual work.
  • •Keep the creative upload pipeline organized and moving so the UA team can focus on strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Comfortable with structured, detail-oriented, high-volume repetitive work.
  • •Understand core UA metrics (CPI, ROAS, CTR) and what they mean.
  • •Clear communication and coordination with external agencies and internal teams.
  • •Interest in AI automation or basic data/workflow thinking is a plus.
  • •Full-time availability for a 6-month internship/contract (not working student).
