Key Responsibilities

•Ensure smooth handover of newly acquired merchants to the RTL team while maintaining satisfaction and continuity of service.
•Distribute POS devices to new target locations and achieve monthly distribution targets aligned with company objectives.
•Take accountability for POS devices from receipt at the warehouse through delivery to merchants, ensuring required documentation and contracts are completed.
•Supervise and support field staff, providing feedback, coaching, and training to drive productivity and service quality.
•Proactively identify new outlets, coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and analyze distribution data and field performance metrics to improve results.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent intermediate education).
•5–6 years of experience in the same field.
•At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
