Operate and monitor automated two-shift production lines in a dairy/animal nutrition facility. Maintain product quality by controlling processes, dosing and filling, ensure QSHE compliance, troubleshoot issues, and support the team through shifts with a hands-on, safety-minded approach.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee production Anlagen and process parameters to ensure smooth operation across the shift
•Mixing, dosing, and filling to produce customer-specific premixes, packaging into bags, big bags or silos
•Adhere to QSHE requirements and LSR, report disturbances proactively and maintain a clean, safe working environment
•Identify necessary process adjustments and communicate them to the production/shift supervisor
•Collaborate during shift handovers, maintenance, and inventory counts; support team and assist when needed
