Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee production Anlagen and process parameters to ensure smooth operation across the shift
  • •Mixing, dosing, and filling to produce customer-specific premixes, packaging into bags, big bags or silos
  • •Adhere to QSHE requirements and LSR, report disturbances proactively and maintain a clean, safe working environment
  • •Identify necessary process adjustments and communicate them to the production/shift supervisor
  • •Collaborate during shift handovers, maintenance, and inventory counts; support team and assist when needed

  • •German language skills at a solid level to communicate clearly and safely
  • •Technical understanding and experience working with machines and production equipment
